Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s only 6: 30 in the morning and I’m pretty sure that the food (or what’s left of it) will be gone by noon. That’s not surprising since the pumpkin pie was gone by Tuesday. I don’t mind. I rather run out of food than deal with leftovers for days. With the food finished and no where to go, I’m starting my Thankfully Reading Weekend early with John Connolly’s The Book of Lost Things. ┬áThe first few paragraphs are just magical.

If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving today, I hope you’re surrounded by loved ones and great food. Happy Thanksgiving.

  1. Happy Thanksgiving! I can’t wait to hear what you think about Connolly’s book. I’ve been toying with picking it up since I liked Nocturnes so much.

  2. Happy Thanksgiving, sweet Vasilly. I hope your day is blessed, and that you have all kinds of wonderful food (before noon?). :) XOXO

It’s wonderful to have a thankfully reading weekend. What a great idea~!

  3. Happy Thanksgiving! Leftover turkey is my favorite thing ever, but even I get tired of it after three days. And oooo, The Book of Lost Things. That book really terrified me for some reason, haha!

    1. OMG, A! The first time I read The Book of Lost Things, it scared the CRAP out of me. I’m a huge scaredy cat but I’m in a fantasy mood so . . .
